The exam begins normally enough — stethoscope to chest, blood pressure, the usual. Then Doctor Mecum snaps on a latex glove and tells Skyy to drop his pants and bend over the exam table. Skyy complies, and the doctor’s lubricated finger slides inside with clinical precision. Except the probing continues far longer than any legitimate exam requires, and the doctor’s fingers seem to be doing something decidedly non-medical against Skyy’s swelling prostate. When Doctor Mecum removes his glove and replaces his finger with something considerably larger, Skyy gasps and grips the paper-covered table. The exam has officially gone off protocol.
